Boot Camp Flow (All-Levels)- Hot - 45 minute heated boot camp inspired flow class blending yoga and calisthenics to increase endurance, stability, focus, and power. Commonly used props blocks provided by Ebb and Flow unless you prefer to bring your own which is always welcome. While you can expect a challenge, this class is taught at all levels. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced cuing offered.
Boot Camp Mat(All-Levels)- Hot - This 45 minute heated class is a challenging full-body workout using the Hot Pilates principles. Its high intensity, low impact format is designed to strengthen muscles without the pounding of high impact workouts. Props are available to borrow but you may always bring your own. Commonly used props are bolsters, blocks and rings provided by Ebb and Flow unless you prefer to bring your own which is always welcome. While you can expect a challenge, this is an all levels class. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced cuing offered.
Flow Tunes(All-Levels) - Hot - An hour long heated fitness class combining stretch, strength, and mobility movements connected by a yoga inspired flow. Commonly used props are blocks provided by Ebb and Flow unless you prefer to bring your own which is always welcome. This class is taught at all levels. Gentle Yoga(All-Levels, Great for Beginners) - Mild Heat - An hour long lightly heated gentle yoga class focusing on slow, mindful movements and accessible poses that are designed to stretch and strengthen the body without intense exertion. It's suitable for beginners or anyone looking for a more relaxed practice. This class typically emphasizes breath awareness, gentle stretching, and the release of tension. Commonly used props are bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps provided by Ebb and Flow unless you prefer to bring your own which is always welcome.
Power Flow (All-Levels) - Hot - An hour long heated fitness class with an energetic and fast paced style inspired by Baptiste Power Yoga. Flowing from one post to the next in sequence, focusing on building strength, improving cardiovascular health and enhancing flexibility. Baptiste -certified instructors bring a high level of training and expertise, guiding students through a powerful flow emphasizing alignment, presence, and the mental aspects of yoga. Commonly used props are blocks provided by Ebb and Flow unless you prefer to bring your own which is always welcome. This class is taught at all levels. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced cuing offered.
Restore (All-Levels, Great for Beginners)- Unheated - An hour long unheated restorative yoga class focusing on relaxation and healing using supported poses to help release deep tension and calm the nervous system. The class is typically slowly paced and included long-held, gentle poses. Commonly used props are bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps provided by Ebb and Flow unless you prefer to bring your own which is always welcome.
Vinyasa (All-Levels, Great for Beginners) -Mild Heat or Hot - This class is for experienced students as well as beginners. Breath is emphasized throughout this vinyasa flow practice, as well as quieting of the mind and opening of the heart. This 60 or 75 minute session includes vigorous sun salutations, warrior series and standing poses as well as some balancing and inverted poses. Pranayama and meditation are included. Classes are heated or mildly heated and are notated as such on the schedule. Commonly used props are blocks and straps provided by Ebb and Flow unless you prefer to bring your own which is always welcome.
Yin Yoga (All-Levels, Great for Beginners)- Unheated -Yin Yoga is a non heated style of yoga that employs long holds and exercises the deeper tissues of the body, especially of the torso and hips. Practicing Yin Yoga strengthens, hydrates, and re lengthens the connective tissues in the joints, helping improve mobility and flexibility. Our lives are immersed in the more Yang like energies: busy, active, technological. Yin offers the energy of quiet, receptivity, and stillness, and can be very healing and balancing for all ages and experience levels.

gROUP tRAINING
SMALL GROUP TRAINING - Small group personal training helps you reach your fitness goals faster than working out on your own. A certified personal trainer leads each session in groups of 2 to 5 people, allowing each member to receive more personal attention than they'd get at most group fitness classes. Exercises are designed to maximize each of your individual results. Many of us have been quarantining with a "cluster" of family or friends. All ages are welcome! This class is perfect for a family or small group of friends that are looking to continue a healthy lifestyle or that may have individual fitness goals. We can safely workout together! You'll also benefit from the health and lifestyle education you'll receive from your trainer, like nutrition and workout tips, at a lower cost than one-on-one personal training. The rest of your group will be an additional support system to help you stay on track! You can schedule your small group training session from the appointments tab on our app.
Ebb and Flow is a music driven, hot yoga and fitness studio. Heat in class varies from hot to unheated. Heat levels are notated in class descriptions and on the schedule. All classes include some form of music to a varying degree of volume with the potential for explicit lyrics.
